| The Snow Summit Scenic Sky Chair is open daily through Septemeber 6th then open weekends only. Take a ride on the Scenic Sky Chair and experience the most breathtaking views in all of Big Bear. Enjoy lunch on the deck at the mountain top BBQ then ride the chair down or hike one of the ski runs leading back to the base area. What a great way to spend a few hours with family and friends! | Bear Mountain Golf Course and Driving Range are open. The 9-hole, mountain-style course offers club rentals, cart rentals, lessons, and a variety of golf clothing and accessories. Check in with PGA Golf Professional Dallas Goldsmith and schedule a group or private video lesson to fine tune your swing. He's even offering free 15-minute clinics to get you started! Enjoy a delicious lunch at the Club House Grill overlooking the 9th hole. The Grill is located in the Bear Mountain Clubhouse. Labor Day weekend: Sat thru Sun from 9am-5pm and Mon 9am-4pm then open weekends only. Normal hours are Saturday 9-5 and Sun 9-4. |

| 3 Ways to Big Bear - Highway 330/18 from San Bernardino through Running Springs ("Front Way") is the shortest and most direct route. Highway 38 from Redlands ("Back Way") is the best route when leaving the Valley on weekends and holidays. Highway 18 from Lucerne Valley ("Desert Way") is best in snowy weather. |
